Beat the Fleet - Terms and Conditions

1. How to Play
   • Each participant has one attempt only to play the Beat the Fleet touchscreen game.
   • The aim is to park the PayByPhone car in the space in the fastest time.
   • Only one player at a time is allowed at the game station.
2. Eligibility
   • Open to event attendees only.
   • PayByPhone colleagues, contractors, or anyone working on the stand are not eligible to win.
   • No purchase necessary.
   • Players may enter under their name or a nickname.
3. Prizes
   • 1st place (fastest time of the day): £50 voucher
   • 2nd place: £25 voucher
   • 3rd place: £10 voucher
   • Prizes are physical vouchers, given immediately at the stand.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
   • Winners are determined based on the leaderboard results at the end of each day.
   • In the event of a tie, the earliest recorded fastest time will take the higher position.
   • Winners will be announced at the stand and can collect their voucher immediately.
5. Data & Privacy
   • The game only collects the name or nickname entered.
   • No contact details are collected through the game itself.
   • If you choose to scan your badge with PayByPhone, your details will be handled in line with our event privacy notice.
6. General
   • By playing, participants agree to these terms.
   • The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any player for unfair play, multiple attempts, or tampering.
   • The organisers’ decision on winners is final.
