I already use PayByPhone for free, why do I need to pay for PayByPhone Business?

Through PayByPhone Business, fleet managers have direct control over which vehicles are eligible for parking on the business card; you'll see all transactions made through the card, as added via the PBP Business service, in one place (the same portal through which you manage authorised drivers and vehicles), eliminating the need to gain receipts from every driver; reports are produced monthly or can be generated for the spell of your choice, allowing for better reconciliation and troubleshooting; the PBP Business route to payment verification bypasses any need for authentication of transactions, so there's no danger of disturbing the cardholder.

If I choose to become a business customer, can my drivers keep using the same PayByPhone apps on their phones?

Absolutely! Once you add your drivers to the PBP Business portal, they'll get an invitation to join your business account. Once they accept the invite, they can use your business payment method on their apps to conveniently pay for parking for all approved business vehicles. The business payment method will be seamlessly integrated into their apps, with only the name you choose to call your company card visible to the drivers. They will also be able to park their personal vehicles using their own means of payment.

Do I need your support to configure PayByPhone Business?

PayByPhone Business is easy to set up and use. Once you invite drivers, add business-approved vehicles and link a valid payment method, your drivers are ready to start parking! If you need help setting up your PayByPhone Business account, our Support Team is here to help you.

What if the number of my business drivers changes month-to-month?

Not a problem! Your subscription fee is calculated based on the number of drivers you had in the portal (not only those who are actively parking) in the last billing month.

How do my drivers pay for parking?

Via the PayByPhone app (or website), through an account created for their phone numbers. Add drivers' numbers to the portal and they'll be sent the relevant instruction to link or create & link their individual accounts. They then simply ensure their vehicle is saved (it will show 'Business approved'), add location code, pull their approved vehicle in, select duration and the business payment card that you've securely added via our portal, and tap 'Pay & Park'.
