PayByPhone Westminster Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is PayByPhone UK LimitedTechnologies Inc.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.  

Entrants must have a valid PayByPhone account and have consented to receiving Promotions & Discounts via email in the settings in our app.  

Only users who have not previously completed a parking session in Westminster using PayByPhone before 1 April 2026 are eligible.  

Employees of PayByPhone and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.  

3. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 00:01 on 1 April 2026 to 23:59 on 30 April 2026.  

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete a paid parking session in Westminster using their registered PayByPhone account during the promotional period.  

Each eligible parking session counts as one entry into the prize draw.  

The more qualifying sessions completed, the more entries participants receive.  

5. Prize

There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of a £100 Love2shop e-voucher.  

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.  

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.  

The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.  

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their PayByPhone account within 7 days of the draw.  

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, PayByPhone reserves the right to select an alternative winner.  

8. General

PayByPhone reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any fraudulent entries.  

PayByPhone reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.  

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with PayByPhone’s privacy policy and used solely for administering this promotion.
