PayByPhone Westminster City Council Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is PayByPhone UK Limited Inc.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must have a valid PayByPhone account and have consented to receiving Promotions & Discounts via email in the settings in our app.
Only users who have not previously completed a parking session in Westminster City Council using PayByPhone before 1 June 2026 are eligible.
Employees of PayByPhone and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
Only one account per person is permitted. PayByPhone reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or multiple accounts.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 00:01 on 1st June 2026 to 23:59 on 30 June 2026
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete a paid parking session in Westminster using their registered PayByPhone account during the promotional period.
Each eligible parking session counts as one entry into the prize draw.
The more qualifying sessions completed, the more entries participants receive.
Alternative free entry routes:
To enter without making a purchase, participants may send their full name and email address on a postcard or letter 17a The Broadway, Hatfield AL9 5HZ. Postal entries must be received by 30 June 2026 and will count as one entry. Alternatively, participants may submit a selfie taken at a PayByPhone sign in Westminster by emailing the image, along with their full name and the email address associated with their PayByPhone account, to ukmarketing@paybyphone.com. Or tagging us on our UK Facebook or Instagram where we will direct message you for your full name and email address. Submissions must be received by 30 June 2026. All free entry methods will be treated equally and have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
5. Prize
There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of a £100 Love2shop e-voucher.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their PayByPhone account within 14 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, PayByPhone reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners’ surnames and counties may be obtained by contacting ukmarketing@paybyphone.com within 30 days of the closing date. Participants may object to this disclosure.
8. General
PayByPhone reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any fraudulent entries.
PayByPhone reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with PayByPhone’s privacy policy and used solely for administering this promotion.
