Drivers parking across Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, East Herts Council and Stevenage Borough Councils can continue to use PayByPhone as the councils go live with the National Parking Platform (NPP).
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, East Herts Council and Stevenage Borough Council have joined the National Parking Platform, marking an important step towards a more connected and flexible approach to parking services across Hertfordshire.
The National Parking Platform is designed to support clearer parking information and greater choice for drivers, using open and interoperable technology to improve the overall parking experience. By going live together, the three councils are demonstrating a shared commitment to collaboration and innovation in local parking services
