PayByPhone Appoints Mobility Veteran Bob Shepard as Chief Product Officer

PayByPhone, a global leader in parking and mobility payments, today announced the appointment of Bob Shepard to its Executive Leadership Team as Chief Product Officer (CPO), reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer, Jonny Combe, effective immediately. Backed by Lightyear Capital, PayByPhone is intensifying its investment inproduct-led technology to achieve its global growth ambitions.

Shepard will own PayByPhone’s global product strategy and roadmap, leveraging data, partnerships, and innovation to deepen the driver experience, and to strengthen relationships with municipalities and parking operators. His expertise in unified kerb systems - integrating parking,permits, enforcement, and digital mobility - directly aligns with PayByPhone’s next phase of expansion into frictionless, connected mobility payments.
