Charging your EV on PayByPhone
Before starting, make sure your PayByPhone app is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play
Open the app and tap on ‘EV Charging’
To navigate to the charger you need
Select the charger you need
Then tap on ‘charge’ in your app
View the tariff price and confirm your payment method
Then pay the £30 pre-authorisation fee
Tap ‘Start charging’ to begin your charging session
You can check its status any time from the app
To end your charging session
Use the ‘Slide to end session’ slider in your app. Drive off into the sunset.
Once finished, you can see your final receipt
In the ‘receipts’ section in the app
