We’re working with partners to help tackle digital poverty by collecting, refurbishing unwanted devices and redistributing them to those who need them most.

Digital inclusion is no longer a nice to have, it’s essential. From accessing education to finding job opportunities, being connected is now a core part of everyday life.

At PayByPhone, we want to help make a difference by taking small steps to reduce the gap. Donate Your Device makes it easy to pass on unwanted devices, including laptops, tablets and phones, so they can be refurbished and redistributed to people who need them most.

By donating your old devices, you can make a direct impact and help tackle digital poverty.

How to donate

We partner with local organisations to set up convenient donation stations where you can drop off any unused devices.

All of our refurbishment partners are ADISA accredited, meaning they meet high standards for information security and can provide documentation to give you peace of mind when donating your device.

Donation stations can be found at selected local libraries and community centres.
