President and CEO
Francis Dupuis is the President and CEO of PayByPhone, one of the fastest growing mobile payment companies in the world, processing over $325M annually across North America Europe and Australia. In late 2016, PayByPhone was sold to Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS), cementing their position as the largest cash free payment solution provider in the smart parking market.
Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Francis was the VP of Product and the General Manager of Vancouver Operations for PayByPhone. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, 15 of which are in Product Management and Marketing, Francis brings a qualified and energetic drive to transform the parking industry.
Chief Commercial Officer, PayByPhone
Barrie is currently responsible for all revenue generation and service delivery in PayByPhone's North American operation. He is a specialist in Sales, Marketing and Growth Strategy with extensive experience and success working in the US and Europe. Barrie has deep industry knowledge of mobile solutions, payment processing, eCommerce, Online & Email Marketing and eBilling.
Barrie‘s key responsibilities include leading the sales, marketing, and client service teams to ensure satisfied clients and customers through efficient and effective use of resources. Prior to joining PayByPhone, Barrie spent 9 years as Senior Vice President of Sales at Striata, an international leader in eBilling & Payments, eMarketing & Secure eDocument Delivery.
President and CEO, PayByPhone France
Philippe Lerouge is the founder of PayByPhone in France, managing Belgium and Switzerland. He has personally led execution and delivery of major Clients including Paris, Nantes, Geneva or VINCI Park. Prior to founding PayByPhone France in 2009, Philippe spent 15 years in the payment and services division of the group Sodexo, starting in Germany and subsequently holding various managing director roles in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the UK. Between 2001 and 2004 he was responsible for e-Commerce activities for Sodexo Group.
Philippe completed the executive program at Babson College in the USA, and holds a Masters in Management at the University Paris Dauphine and a Masters degree from the IAE of Aix-en-Provence.
As CFO, Maggie is responsible for the finance, HR and legal functions of PayByPhone globally.
Maggie supports decision-making in all departments based on financial, legal and risk considerations. She brings experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis to the management team. Maggie obtained her BComm from McGill University and articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA, CA.
As VP Consumer, Jason is responsible for the entire consumer experience as it relates to the wider PayByPhone service. This includes the design and development of consumer products, primarily the flagship iOS and Android apps as well as all the web-based assets and IVR solution. The role includes driving awareness of the service to both consumers and partners through focused, data driven, marketing activities.
Jason works directly with cities, private operators and tier one strategic partners like Apple, Google and Android Pay in order to create the best service for the end user. To complete the customer lifecycle, Jason has created a one to many, software supported, global customer service solution that supports the needs of the user throughout every stage of their journey.
As the VP Engineering, Chris is responsible for platform product development, IT operations, IT infrastructure, IT compliance and security. Chris has been with PayByPhone since 2007 when he joined as employee seven and as the first full time IT employee. Prior to PayByPhone, Chris spent many years working in large-scale SaaS operations.
Chris’s role at PayByPhone is to lead the technology teams to build and scale the PayByPhone technology platform securely, reliably and efficiently.
