LONDON, UK,  March 2019 – PayByPhone, the global leader in mobile parking payments, today announced that staff and visitors to The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s hospitals, Hillingdon and Mount Vernon, are now able to use PayByPhone’s cashless parking services to pay for their parking. PayByPhone launched this month following the Trust’s decision to enhance the traditional Pay and Display machines with a more convenient and flexible payment system.

Rather than having to rely on paying by cash or card, PayByPhone allows our users to process their parking payments on their mobile devices and even extend their parking if needed without having to return to the car park payment machines. This new development follows the Trust's recent significant investment in new Automatic Number Plate Recognition car park systems to improve parking for visitors and staff.”

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trustis also making use of PayByPhone’s Eligibility-based parking feature, which enables them to charge different rates to selected drivers, such as staff, based on their number plates, which are tagged by type on the back-end system to identify the reason for the special rate.
